Bonus turnover calculator
A condition such as "100% up to RM 300, 8x turnover" is easy to read but hard to picture. Enter the figures from the promotion page and the calculator will show the actual amount you need to bet.

How to read the result
Expected cost is a long-run average, not a prediction. In any single session you could lose more or less than this. If the expected cost is close to the value of the bonus, the bonus is not really adding much value.
Also check the maximum bet allowed while the bonus is active and which games count towards turnover. Many players lose a bonus because they bet above the limit or played games that do not count.
Would you rather not be tied to turnover? You can deposit without claiming a bonus. This is set in your account at slotkaki.shop.
Two turnover examples with real figures
Example 1: the defaults, 100% up to RM 300 at 8x deposit plus bonus
Deposit RM 100, bonus 100% capped at RM 300. Bonus = min(100 × 100%, 300) = RM 100. Turnover is counted on deposit plus bonus: (100 + 100) × 8 = RM 1,600 in bets. At 96% RTP the average expected cost is 1,600 × 0.04 = RM 64.
Do not read that as "a RM 100 bonus minus RM 64 of cost leaves RM 36 profit". RM 64 is only an average. In many sessions the balance runs out long before RM 1,600 has been wagered, and the deposit and the bonus go together. The promotion's terms may also set a maximum bet, a time limit or a withdrawal cap, none of which this calculator models.
Example 2: a deposit bigger than the bonus cap
Deposit RM 500, bonus 100% capped at RM 300, 10x on deposit plus bonus. 100% of RM 500 would be RM 500, but the cap cuts it to RM 300. Turnover = (500 + 300) × 10 = RM 8,000. Expected cost at 96% RTP = RM 320, more than the bonus itself. This "100%" bonus is really worth 60% of the deposit.
Turnover on the bonus or on deposit plus bonus
The "Turnover calculated on" setting moves the answer more than most people expect. Here is example 2 again at 10x:
| Turnover basis | Formula | Bets required | Expected cost (96% RTP) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deposit + bonus | (500 + 300) × 10 | RM 8,000 | RM 320 |
| Bonus only | 300 × 10 | RM 3,000 | RM 120 |
| No bonus (deposit at 1x) | 500 × 1 | RM 500 | RM 20 |
The last row matters. Even without a bonus, every deposit needs at least 1x turnover before it can be withdrawn. To see that in the calculator, set the bonus to 0%, the multiplier to 1 and the basis to deposit plus bonus.
The same multiplier can mean two very different totals depending on its basis, so read the wording of the terms closely. "10x the bonus" and "10x (deposit + bonus)" are two separate conditions, and in this example the gap is RM 5,000 of betting.
Game weighting, when the terms use it
Some promotions do not count every game equally. If the terms set a weighting, say slots at 100% and table games at 10%, each RM 1 bet on a table game adds only RM 0.10 to your turnover. Those figures are an illustration; any real weighting is written in the promotion terms inside your account.
The calculator has no weighting field, but you can allow for it by dividing the multiplier by the weighting. 8x turnover on a game that counts 10% is the same as 8 ÷ 0.10 = 80x. With the default values, the real amount you have to bet rises from RM 1,600 to RM 16,000, and at the same RTP the expected cost rises tenfold, from RM 64 to RM 640. Enter the RTP of the game you will actually play. A game that counts 0% never reduces the turnover, however much you bet on it.

Common input mistakes in the turnover calculator
- The bonus cap left at 0 when the promotion has one. Empty or 0 means no cap, so a large bonus is counted in full.
- The bonus typed in ringgit. The Bonus field wants a percentage. A flat RM 50 bonus on a RM 100 deposit goes in as 50.
- The wrong basis. The default is deposit plus bonus. Switch to bonus only when the terms say so.
- RTP typed as 0.96. Type 96. With 0.96 the expected cost comes out at nearly the whole amount bet.
- A multiplier from another promotion. Each offer has its own conditions. Copy the figures from the one you plan to claim, not the one you read last week.
What turnover costs in time and session budget
Turnover is also time. RM 1,600 at RM 1 a spin means 1,600 spins. At 10 spins a minute that is 160 minutes, or 2 hours 40 minutes of play for one bonus. If your session limit is RM 50 and the expected cost of clearing the turnover is RM 64, the bonus terms already go past one session's budget before any swings are counted.
Use the RTP cost calculator to see the hourly cost at your stake, and the play session timer so that working through turnover does not stretch a session. Rebates worked out from turnover have their own rebate calculator. If a bonus you claimed never appears in your account, see the help page on a bonus that was not credited.
Frequently asked questions
Does a deposit without a bonus also need turnover?
Yes. Every deposit needs at least 1x turnover before withdrawal, so a RM 100 deposit needs at least RM 100 in bets. That is far lighter than most bonus conditions. Current limits and conditions are shown in your account.
How do I work out turnover if my game only counts 50%?
Divide the multiplier by the weighting. 8x turnover on a game that counts 50% equals 16x in real bets. Enter 16 in the multiplier field and the calculator shows the true betting total and expected cost. A weighting only applies if the promotion terms say so.
Why does a bonus cap change what an offer is really worth?
Because the bonus stops growing once the cap is reached, while turnover on the deposit keeps rising. A RM 500 deposit with a 100% bonus capped at RM 300 gets a bonus worth only 60% of the deposit, yet turnover is still counted on the full RM 800.
